Relating to the application to Sevenoaks District Council for Construction and operation of a solar farm with all associated works, equipment necessary infrastructure and biodiversity net gains. New access track at Chimmens Solar Farm, Land at Mussenden Lane, Horton Kirby, Kent, DA3 8NX.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
