What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.

TWC/2025/0310 – Land East of The Randlay Farmhouse, Randlay Avenue, Randlay – Erection of 15no. affordable apartments with associated parking.

TWC/2025/0315 – Land between, Castle Farm Way and A5 (Phase 2b), Priorslee – Reserved matters application for the erection of 162no. dwellings, public open space and associated infrastructure in pursuant to outline application TWC/2014/0980 (1100 dwellings, a commercial centre, primary school, local centre, and a retirement village) including details for access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale.

TWC/2025/0330 – Haybridge, 29 Farm Lane, Horsehay – Erection of a two storey side extension and single storey front and rear extensions

TWC/2025/0342 – Land adjacent 1-3 Lilleshall Grange, Abbey Road, Lilleshall – Replacement and relocation of 3no. oil tanks.

TWC/2025/0343 – Land corner of, Redhill Way/A5, Redhill – Erection of a new foodstore (Use Class E)

TWC/2025/0344 – 2 Woodview, Woodside, Coalbrookdale – Replacement of 1no. timber front door and surround with 1no. composite UpVC door with timber clad aluminium toplight and sidelight surround

TWC/2025/0349 – Newport Rugby Union Football Club, Forton Road, Newport – Siting of 3no. temporary portacabins

TWC/2025/0353 – Wm Morrison Supermarket Plc, Gresham Drive, Newdale – Installation of 1no. self service laundrette machine (Retrospective)

The above application(s) can be viewed on planning online at https://secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 12 June 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.

If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
