The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

1. Installation of 22 no. solar photovoltaic (PV) panels within the rear roof pitch of the northern entrance buildings to Dewsbury Arcade at The Arcade, Dewsbury. Application No. 2025/90996.

The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building

2. Demolition of existing pub and erection of a new two storey building comprising 8 self-contained supported living flats with ancillary staff facilities, single storey summer house and other associated works at The Priory, Whitechapel Road, Cleckheaton. Application No. 2025/90655.

3. Erection of first floor extension to detached garage to create dwelling forming annex accommodation associated with Albion Inn, Knowler Hill, Millbridge, Liversedge, WF15 6DP at Albion Inn, Knowler Hill, Millbridge, Liversedge. Application No. 2025/90861.

The following planning applications have been received which affect a public right of way

4. Demolition of existing pub and erection of a new two storey building comprising 8 self-contained supported living flats with ancillary staff facilities, single storey summer house and other associated works at The Priory, Whitechapel Road, Cleckheaton. (Footpath Nos. SPE/42/30 & SPE/24/40). Application No. 2025/90655.

5. Extension of farmyard and erection of cattle building at Healey Farm, Healey Lane, Briestfield, Dewsbury. (Footpath Nos. DEW/73/10, DEW/88/60, DEW/88/70, DEW/88/80). Application No. 2025/91128.
