(Pursuant to variation of condition 2 (Plans) on planning permission 23/00947/FUL) Location: 13 High Street Garstang Preston Lancashire PR3 1FA Applicant: Mr Jonathan Cubbins Application Number: 25/00317/LBC Proposal: Listed Building Consent for the proposed change of use of the existing commercial ground floor (E) to bar and restaurant (sui generis) including single storey glazed side extension, following demolition of a single storey lean-to, and internal alterations Location: 13 High Street Garstang Preston Lancashire PR3 1FA Applicant: Mr Jonathan Cubbins Representations on the above applications should be made by 11 th June 2025 as after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision on the application.
