WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/00452: Caistor: Ms S Wharton: 26 North Kelsey Rd: dropped kerb (affects right of way)
b) WL/2025/00458: Tealby: D Lince: Land off Caistor Lane: vary conditions 2&4 of planning permission 140906 (affects right of way)
c) WL/2025/00461: Nettleton: Brierley Watts Partnership: Mansgate House, Mansgate Hill: consent for repairs, replacement windows, drainage & paving.
d) WL/2025/00477: Market Rasen: D Robinson: Waverley Court, Queen St: conversion of existing building (flats) to 3 dwellings.

lindsey.gov.uk/planning or at the Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA. Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
