The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the council:

CA/25/00793: 64 Argyle Road, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1JR  Replacement ground and first floor windows from UPVC to timber to front elevation.  Applicant: Graham J Bickley  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/00807: 1-2 Parade, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2JL  Replacement of existing ground floor timber sash windows to front elevation with timber sash windows.  Applicant: Mr Khawar Hussain  Reason: Affects the setting of a listed building/conservation area.

CA/25/00815: Parklands, 16 Brewery Lane, Bridge, Kent, CT4 5LF  Single-storey side extension following demolition of existing garage.  Applicant: Lynn Newman  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/00827: 11 Sunnymead, Tyler Hill, Kent, CT2 9NW  Single-storey rear extension, and first floor side extension over existing garage.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs Kate and Justin McVitty  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/00829: The Warehouse, Sea Street, Whitstable, Kent  Change of use of ground floor from gallery to garage/ workshop together with first floor side terrace.  Applicant: Mr G Smedley  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/00835: Invicta Cottages, Chitty Lane, Chislet, Kent, CT3 4EA  Application for Listed Building Consent for external and internal alterations including replacement of all windows from timber to timber together with insertion of timber door to side elevation and new partition to ground floor.  Applicant: Mr David Gwilliam   Reason: Works to a listed building.

CA/25/00822: 55 St Augustines Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1XR  Single-storey detached garden room.   Applicant: Mr and Mrs J Maryosh  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/00784: 31 Watling Street, Canterbury, Kent  Retrospective application for the demolition of two chimney stacks.  Applicant: Hay  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/00831: Monte Bre, 5 Whitstable Road, Blean, Kent, CT2 9EA  Change of use of convent to five dwellings together with detached two-storey dwelling following demolition of existing garage.  Applicant: Mr G Pound   Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/00842: Lee Croft, Lee Priory, Littlebourne,  Kent, CT3 1UR  TPO no 2 1975, T9-Lime, repollard tree at height of  8 metres above ground level. T10-Lime, remove all epicormic growth to a height of five metres above ground level.  T11-Lime, reduce the length of north facing stem by 3 metres from over driveway. T12-Lime, remove all epicormic growth to a height of five metres above ground level. T13-Lime, remove all epicormic growth to a height of five metres above ground level.  Applicant: Helen Spencer Reason: Conservation area.
