Notice of Planning Public Consultation Event, Rosarie Quarry West of Keith, Moray

The public consultation event is for the proposed development at Rosarie Quarry, West of Keith, which consists of part retrospective planning permission for the construction of agricultural road; initial hard rock mineral extension; and mineral processing and construction of temporary junction; and part new planning permission for hard rock quarry, processing area, new access junction and creation of ecological/ biodiversity buffer and associated ancillary quarry infrastructure (including but not limited to office wheel wash perimeter bunding welfare and landscaping).

The public consultation event is to be held at the Longmore Community Hall, Banff Road, Keith AB55 5HA, on Wednesday 4th June 2025 (4:30pm to 7:30pm).

Persons wishing to make comments to the prospective applicant relating to the proposal may do so by either writing to or e-mailing the project team at the above addresses. Comments and feedback should be received by 18 June 2025. Comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority and if the prospective applicant submits an application there will be an opportunity to make representations on that application to the planning authority.
