The Council has received the following planning application which is affects a Conservation Area.

A/25/098931/HH Larches Farm Thornhill Standish Wigan. Porch extension, partial garage conversion, roof alterations including, new roof and raising height of the roof with loft conversion, new dormer windows and alterations to elevations. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

A/25/098965/MAJOR Millenium Care Ltd Chorley Road Standish Wigan. Erection of multi-generational childrens nursery (Use Class E(f)) with associated access, parking and landscaping.
