What is planned?

Guildford Borough Council

The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. 

These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. 

Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

25/P/00445 16 Quarry Street, Guildford Proposed new access from Millbrook to also include a dropped kerb, two car parking spaces and turning area.

25/P/00587 Royal Grammar School, High Street, Guildford Development of Allen Field from a grassed area to a multi use games area. 

25/P/00599 & 25/P/00560 Crown Cottage, Perry Hill, Worplesdon Full and Listed Building Consent for the erection of a part single storey, part two storey rear and side extension with changes to fenestration, hard landscaping, external and internal alterations and repairs, following demolition of existing single storey rear extension and dormer window. 

25/P/00609 & 25/P/00610 74 The Street, Puttenham Full and Listed Building Consent for the proposed erection of rear dormers windows together with roof extension to increase accommodation within the roof area.

25/P/00613 The Harrow Inn, The Street, Compton Erection of 10 dwellings, including 4 affordable dwellings, together with associated amenity space, car parking and landscaping. 25/P/00617 Millwater, Mill Lane, Ockham Variation of Condition 2 (Drawings) of planning permission 19/P/01168 approved 09/07/2020 to make changes to the approved drawings.

25/P/00629 Hazelhurst Farm, Tithebarns Lane, Send Application under section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act) 1990 Act (as amended) for a variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of Listed Building Consent 23/P/01565 approved 12/12/2023 to update the drawings to omit an opening and blocking it up with timber cladding.

25/P/00630 Land rear of Chicane and Quintons, Ockham Road North, East Horsley Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary Conditions 18 and 20 (offsite s278 works) to amend both conditions from pre occupation to 50% of occupations for completion of works; as well as the removal of the following requirements from Condition 18: a raised table to be installed at the junction where Ockham Road South meets A246 Guildford Road; and an improvement scheme at the junction where Ockham Road North meets Station Approach of outline planning application 19/P/01541 approved 03/12/2019 for the demolition of two dwellings and alteration to access to allow for outline consent with all matters reserved (except for means of access from Ockham Road North not to include internal roads) for up to 110 dwellings and up to 99sqm of office floor space (Use Class B1a), open space, sustainable urban drainage system and associated landscaping, infrastructure and earthwork's at Lollesworth Fields, Ockham Road North, East Horsley (Resubmission of 19/P/00634).
