The following applications have been received:- MAJOR DEVELOPMENT/AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING/AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY - P0498/25/FUL - Erection of solar farm with up to 40MWac of export capacity, comprising the installation of solar photovoltaic panels and associated infrastructure including substation, inverter and transformer stations, customer cabin, spare parts container, maintenance tracks, fencing, security cameras, landscape planting, swales and associated works. - Land North East Of, Poulton Court Farm, Awre. WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING/WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA - P0421/25/LBC - Listed building consent for the installation of 11 x 435 watt solar panels to the roof and solar inverter - Lower Cross Cottage, Lower Cross, Clearwell. WORKS TO A LISTED BUILDING/AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P0507/25/LBC - Listed building consent for conversion of an historic stable structure (curtilage listed) to provide a wellness centre for existing guests. Removal of ancillary structures and an existing WC used by Church. Erection of new storage building, new WC for Church use, and new workshop. PV panels to roof of new proposed structure. - Pauntley Court, Pauntley Court Drive, Redmarley. - P0506/25/FUL - Conversion of an historic stable structure (curtilage listed) to provide a wellness centre for existing guests. Removal of ancillary structures and an existing WC used by Church. Erection of new storage building, new WC for Church use, and new workshop. PV panels to roof of new proposed structure. - Pauntley Court, Pauntley Court Drive, Redmarley. - P0456/25/LBC - Listed building consent for the erection of single-storey side/rear extension with associated works. Demolition of conservatory. - The Coach House, Bicknor Court, English Bicknor. THE DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ACCORD WITH THE PROVISION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE IN THE AREA/AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY - P0454/25/OUT - Outline application for the erection of a two-storey detached new build dwelling. (some matters reserved) - Green Acres, Parkhill, Woolaston. Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 4th June 2025. Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
