What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

36 Waldens Park Road, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2025/0354/ML: Erection of a first floor front and side extension and part first floor, part single storey rear extension. Erection of 2m high rear wall and rear terrace. Insertion of rooflight.
Land Bound By Church Street East, Chobham Road and Christchurch Way, Woking. PLAN/2025/0315/JS: The use of the land for public car parking for a temporary period of two years.
The Meadows, Bagshot Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0307/DR: Demolition of the existing building and erection of a 74x bed care home (Use Class C2), along with landscaping, car parking, access and associated works.
Keel Cottage, Hook Heath Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0319/TS: Erection of a ground floor front infill extension. Alterations to fenestration.
13 Saunders Lane, Woking. PLAN/2025/0299/HD: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of the existing conservatory and garage. Proposed side dormer window and insertion of side rooflights. Erection of front bay window.
9 Woodham Gate & 501 Woodham Lane, Woking. PLAN/2025/0217/DR: Erection of a single storey side extension to No.9 Woodham Gate and demolition of the existing dwelling currently known as No.501 Woodham Lane, Woking, GU21 5SR.
