The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent
1. Application Nos. 2025/91147 & 2025/91148.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building
3. Erection of extension to detached garage to create dwelling forming annex accommodation associated with Grange Cottage, Kirkby Grange Farm, Clough Road, Flockton, Huddersfield at Grange Cottage, Kirkby Grange Farm, Clough Road, Flockton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90849.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building and is either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

4. Erection of micro-brewery and associated works at Bamforth Warehouse, Station Road, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/90930.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent

5. Discharge of details reserved by Conditions 2. (materials) & 5. (CIMP) of permission 2021/91328 for Listed Building Consent for demolition of roofs B and C; demolition of two bays of roof A at the Manchester end; new section of canopy on the Penistone platform; installation of two new bays on roof A at the Leeds end: re-instatement of lantern to whole of roof A; platform alterations and extensions; new island platform; extension of existing passenger subway; in-filling of disused parcel subway; demolition of signal box, relay room and cable gantry between platforms 1 and 4; re-location of tea rooms: provision of new eastern footbridge and lifts/stairs and canopies; provision of overhead electric line equipment at Huddersfield Railway Station, St George’s Square, Huddersfield. 6. Discharge of details reserved by condition 3 (CIMP) on previous permission 2021/91337 for Listed Building Consent for demolition and replacement of Wheatley’s Colliery bridge (MVL3/103) at Wheatley’s Colliery Bridge MVL3/103, adj, Ashley Industrial Estate, Leeds Road, Bradley, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91163.
