Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Tower Hamlets is considering the following application:

Proposal: Full Planning Permission for the following: Part change of use to higher and/or further education, and for a mixed use including residential at 27-29 Thomas More Street (building 7) for C2 community purposes, and amendments to existing car and cycle parking provision(s).

Notice is given that Montagu-Evans behalf of Regal Orchard Wharf Limited are applying to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for: Full phased planning application for redevelopment of the site including demolition of all existing buildings and structures and erection of buildings to provide a mix of development including basement, lower ground, and the erection of new buildings connected to or situated above a surface wharf that would include:
