Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received: Application No. 17/25/00009 & 17/25/00026: 2 Ivy Farm, Station Road, Cheddar, BS27 3AE. Replacement Sash Georgian Style windows to first floor front Elevation. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building. (Householder application). 

Application No. 50/25/00026: Garden End Farm, Wells Road, Panborough, Wells, BA5 1PN. Erection an agricultural building on site of existing (to be demolished). This development may affect a public right of way. 

Application No. 50/25/00030 & 50/25/00031: Pillham Farm, Wells Road, Theale, Wedmore, BS28 4SH. Conversion, with erection of extension, from machinery & equipment store to small office with formation of vehicular access & parking. This application affects a listed building & may affect a public right of way.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 05/06/2025.
