What is planned?

LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

25L/0777 - Arnot St Mary Church of England Primary School, Arnot Street (4) Applicant Daniel Paton. To undertake internal and external alterations, including alterations to the entrance and the installation of conservatory type glazing and doors to the external store, following the removal of the existing gates and timber cladding

25F/0772 - St John’s Gardens, William Brown Street (1) Applicant James Harper. Installation of a temporary artwork consisting of a concrete and steel structure fixed to sub floor concrete base.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 5th June 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
