a) Erection of self build dwelling with detached garage and associated works following demolition of former piggery (re-submission of 24/02097/PLF) at Land North of 4 Post Office Row Main Street Brantingham HU IS I QQ (Ref: 25/01081 /PLF) 

b) Erection of a two storey extension to the rear following demolition of existing conservatory at I Kiln Lane Patrington HU 12 ORH (Ref: 25/00837/PLF) 

c) Installation of six replacement windows and one replacement high level window opening with fixed panel, infill four redundant door openings with brickwork, re-pointing up to I m high and other areas necessary with lime mortar, replacement low level bricks at front as necessary, replacement lintels and soldier courses above five windows at front, replacement of fascias and rainwater goods to whole building, roof repairs including replacement slipped slates, re-bedding of hip and ridge tiles, re-pointing of wet verges all with lime mortar and replacement of lead to valley gutter at Teenyworld Day Nursery The Mews Station Road Withernsea HU 19 2QD (Ref: 25/00722/PLF) 

d) Installation of ATM at front, installation of new windows and door and blocking up of existing opening to front, widening of existing doorway and blocking up of existing doorway to rear and demolition of two single storey extensions to side and associated blocking up of existing openings at Johnsons of Hedon 4-8 Thorn Road Hedon HU 12 8HP (Ref: 25/01147/PLF) 

e) Erection of a single storey extension to rear and detached double garage to front at The Lodge Ryland Hill Brough Road South Cave HU 15 2BU (Ref: 25/01133/PLF) 

f) Erection of two dwellings with detached garages and associated landscaping and parking at Land East of The Light Dragoon 34 Main Street Etton HU 17 7PQ (Ref: 25/01170/PLF) 

g) Erection of a single storey extension to side and rear following demolition of existing single storey extensions, installation of replacement windows to front and rear (retrospective) at Dents Garth House South End Roos HU 12 OHL (Ref: 25/00824/PLF) 

h) Revisions to existing external access doors to side, revisions to internal partitions and doors to ground and first floor and revisions to existing internal, non-historic masonry further to previously approved schemes 23/01430/PLB and 23/01682/PLB at Garnish Coffee and Cocktail Bar 6 Wednesday Market Beverley HU 17 ODG (Ref: 25/01050/PLB) 

i) Erection of an extension and alterations to dwelling to include the raising of the roof line with two new dormer windows to the front and rooflight to rear (previously approved 23/03156/PLF) at Dunelm Cottage 9 North Road Lund Y025 9TF (Ref: 25/01091/PLF) 

j) Erection and upgrade of perimeter fencing, gates, bollards and CCTV at Tranby School Tranby Ride Anlaby HU 10 7EH (Ref: 25/01021 /PLF) 

Proposals (a,e,f,g,h,i) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (h,j) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (a,c,f,g,h,i) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (d,j) affect a public right of way.
