Barnsbury Estate EIA Scoping Opinion under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 in relation to the following proposed development:

The demolition of the existing buildings on site and phased construction of a residential led scheme which would deliver up to 1,140 social rent homes, open space, car parking and associated higher-density walkable, active travel neighbourhood.
