Comments may be made in writing to the Development Management Team, quoting the reference number, not later than 07/06/2025 (23 days after publication date). Please note your correspondence will be made available for public inspection by the Planning Inspectorate.
A redacted version (without signature, email or telephone number) will also be made on the website. Any comments that you make about this proposal will be open to public viewing. Consent must be given with your submission to the publication of your comments.
In the event of an appeal on a household or minor commercial or industrial advertisement application, which is to be dealt with by the written representations method, any representations you made about this application will be sent to the Planning Inspectorate and the appellant. There will be no further opportunity to comment.
The Council is advertising these items under Section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any illegally displayed advertisement within the boundaries of St Albans City and District.
