NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed Development at Fairmile Dean, 28 Fairmile Avenue, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 2JB
I GIVE NOTICE that Mr & Mrs A Gallagher have applied to Elmbridge Borough Council for planning permission for the demolition of the existing detached dwelling house and detached garage and replacement with a detached twostorey dwelling house with accommodation in the roofspace along with the erection of a single-storey ancillary outbuilding and open car port to the rear of the site and the relocation of the existing pedestrian and vehicular access off Fairmile Avenue with new entrance gates together with associated parking and hard and soft landscaping.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Head of Town Planning Division, Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9SD, by 6 June 2025.
