Act 1990 The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015 (Regulation 6) Notice of Application for Hazardous Substances Consent
I give notice that DHL Supply Chain is applying to Bassetlaw District Council to acquire agreement for the increase in the storage and distribution of various quantities of hazardous materials stored and dispatched from the site known as Manton Wood 4, Roebuck Way, Worksop, S80 3EG.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the
application at the site security, located at Manton Wood 4, Roebuck Way, Worksop, S80 3EG, during all reasonable hours until May 31st, 2025.
The hazardous substance authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if granted, will determine what conditions are applicable.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Bassetlaw District Council Planning Department, Queen's Buildings, Potter Street, Worksop S80 2AH.
