HS/LB/25/00139 Hill House, 13 Hill Street, Hastings. Internal structural repair including the removal of brick infill, repair of the structural timber frame and the reinstatement of external and internal wall finishes using compatible materials and lime plasters, and external re-rendering including the reinstatement of the ashlar lining out evident on the existing render (amended description).
