I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
6 The Spinney Killingworth – APPLICATION NO: 25/00464/FULH
Xander Howell is applying for planning permission for Proposed garage conversion with rear rooflights and internal and external alterations.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
73 Holywell Avenue Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 25/00556/FULH
Mr and Mrs Tom and Abigail Reid is applying for planning permission for Proposed single storey rear extension and hip to gable loft conversion with pitched roof dormer and roof lights to front and rear. Removal of existing garage or rear and replace with garden room.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

Monument Design And Build Ltd is applying for planning permission for Change of use and conversion of disused church to detached 6 bedroom residential dwelling.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
100 Howard Street North Shields – APPLICATION NO: 25/00589/LBC
Miss Chloe Baldasera is applying for planning permission for Internal changes to property proposed: Dry wall partitioning of current open plan space.
Handwashing sink to corner of main room (extending existing water supply from kitchen). Spotlights to main areas (or alternative ceiling lights that are acceptable within the restrictions of the buildings listed status).
