CHE/25/00238/FUL & CHE/25/00239/LBC - Rear extension, alterations & temporary portacabin at High Street Dental Clinic, 38 High Street, Staveley, S43 3UX. Reason: Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building, listed building consent.

CHE/25/00240/FUL & CHE/25/00241/LBC Change of use of existing dwelling (40 High Street & internal connection) to expand existing dental clinic & siting of 2 temporary surgery portakabins) on driveway of 38 High Street during conversion works at 38-40 High Street, Staveley, S43 3UX.Reason: Setting of a listed building, Conservation Area, listed building consent.
