The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Pennington.

A/25/098878/HH 9 Hand Lane Leigh WN7 3LP. Single storey extension to rear.

A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

A/25/098748/CU Old Bank Tattoo Studio 151 Elliott Street Tyldesley Manchester.

Change of use from Tattoo Studio, Piercing and Laser Removal (Class E) to a mixed use Bar/Coffee Shop (Sui Generis) and Tattoo Studio, Piercing and Laser Removal (Class E)

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for Listed Building Consent and which is within a Conservation Area: Tyldesley Town Centre.

Anyone who wishes to make representations should do so using the above link.
