The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building

1.  Use of vacant building as a ghost kitchen for baking and storage at 42, Bradford Road, Dewsbury.  Application No. 2025/90899.

The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

2.    Siting of a storage container for the use as a cafe and associated works at Land adj, Unit C2, Carlinghow Mills, Batley.  Application No. 2025/90720.
