Erection of a Care Home with associated car parking,
infrastructure and landscaping to allow for installation
of an external air source heat pump, solar panels to
roof and laundry extract vents, air conditioning units,
and associated acoustic fencing at Beechwood
Gypsey Bank Bridlington (Ref: 25/00024/VAR)
