NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land West of Silver Street, Congresbury, North Somerset BS49 5EY.
Take notice that application is being made by Oldbridge Solar Farm Limited for planning permission to Construction and operation of a solar photovoltaic (‘PV’) farm with associated infrastructure and landscape and ecological enhancements for a temporary operational period of 40 years, including an access route along Dolemoor Lane.
Application submitted to North Somerset Council, Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-Super-Mare BS23 1UJ Signed Mr Andrew Black.
