Proposed development at 7 Belvedere Road, Westbury Park, Bristol, BS6 7JG.
Notice is given that MeadowCare Homes Ltd is applying to the Secretary of State for Planning permission for Change of use from three residential flats (use class C3) to a 12 bedroom extension to an existing nursing home (use class C2), including demolition and replacement of rear extension and external alterations.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov. uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a2025101-7- belvedere-road-westbury-park-bristol-bs6-7jg at Citizen Service Point, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.
