Farm Main Street Melbourne East Riding of Yorkshire
YO42 4SX (Ref: 25/00726/PLF)
b) Erection of porch to side at Yew Tree House South
End Seaton Ross East Riding of Yorkshire YO42 4LZ
(Ref: 25/00716/PLF)
Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects a public right of way.
