What is planned?

The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015, Part 3 Regulation 6 (to be published in a newspaper and where relevant, on a website or to be served on the general public}


Take NOTE Angus Energy Weald basin No 3 is applying to Lincolnshire County Council for
Hazardous Substances Consent on land at the Angus Energy B Site, Howdales, Saddleback Road, South Cockerington, LN11 7DJ.

The application relates to the storage and handling of Hazardous Substances, in this case natural gas condensate, on an existing and operational hydrocarbon facility. Lincolnshire County Council as the Hazardous Substances Authority (from which relevant information
can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to grant. Note that representations (including comments or questions) may be made to the Hazardous
Substances Authority who can be contacted at:-

Representations should be made in writing to the above address within 21 days of the notice date below. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Council's offices or at Angus Energy B Site, Howdales, Saddleback Road, South Cockerington, LN11 7DJ. This copy site shall remain available for inspection for a period of 30 days after the notice date below or can be sent to your email address.
A copy of this notice containing the information referred to above will be displayed on the land to
which the application relates for not less than 7 days sited and displayed in such a way as to be easily legible without entering onto the land.
