at Orchard Court, Ruddle, Newnham, GL14 1DS (Application Reference: P1579/23/FUL). The application includes a small rectangular parcel of land at the entrance to Orchard Court, which is unregistered with HM Land Registry. The applicant has been unable to
identify the owner of this parcel after reasonable inquiries.
