What is planned?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Pre-Application Public Consultation Events by Wheatley Group Proposed Major Application Proposal at 151-191 and 120 Wyndford Road, Glasgow.
"Erection of Residential Development, Community Hub with Associated Works and Public Realm Improvements."
A second public information event/exhibition will be held at the Maryhill Burgh Halls, 24 Gairbraid Avenue, Glasgow, G20 8YE on Wednesday 21 May 2025 between 2pm-7pm. Visitors can view the proposals and speak with the development team.
Consultation boards will also be available to view on our dedicated website (https://www.montagu-evans.co.uk/public-consultation-for-wyndford/) on the day of the consultation.

Persons wishing to comment on the proposals to the prospective applicant may do so at the public event, through the website, or via the above contact details. Comments are invited until 4 June 2025.

If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, neighbour notifications and publicity will be undertaken then, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations to Glasgow City Council regarding the proposals then.
