What is planned?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

M0002.25, Land at New Road adjacent to Centurion Works, Betterton Road Rainham,

Prior approval application for the installation of a 20 meter high monopole supporting 9 no. antennas and 2 no. transmission dishes with a wraparound cabinet at basement together with 5 no. equipment cabinets and ancillary development thereto

The application seeks prior approval for the siting and appearance of telecommunications apparatus or equipment

P0359.25, 8 & 9 Convent Close Upminster,

Two storey side extension and internal reconfiguration to both 8 & 9 Convent Close, Upminster.

The application affects the setting of a Listed Building

P0385.25, 30 Reed Pond Walk Romford,

Retrospective planning permission for the build of a garden room.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0411.25, 15 Balgores Lane Romford,

Construction of single storey rear extensions, part two storey front and rear infill extension.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P0440.25, 6 Eastern Avenue Romford London,

Erection of a part four, part five storey building at 6 Eastern Avenue to house a mix of one, two and three bedroom flats totalling 15 new dwellings, with accompanying covered parking, bicycle storage and landscaping

This is a major development because the number of dwellings to be provided are 10 or more

P0544.25, Former Long Term Conditions Centre Harold Wood Hospital Harold Wood,

Variation of condition No. 2 of planning permission ref: P1279.23 dated 15/08/2024 to amend alignment of new footpath

(Demolition of existing structures and comprehensive redevelopment of the site to provide 96 new residential dwellings (Use Class C3) comprising self-contained flats and houses in buildings between 2.5 and 5-storeys in height along with associated car parking, cycle parking, access arrangements, public realm, landscaping, services, and other associated infrastructure)

This is a major development because the number of dwellings to be provided are 10 or more
