NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000274/25 – Expansion and reconfiguration of Copart Chester to develop additional car storage facilities (Use Class B8), boundary treatment, landscaping and associated infrastructure works at land east of Copart, Prince William Avenue, Sandycroft.

FUL/000320/25 – Full Planning Application for 130 affordable dwellings, on site public open space and site infrastructure at land at Ffordd Dewi, Flint.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000329/25 – Demolition of existing kitchen. Extension of rear of the property to form new sunroom and larger kitchen and utility on the ground floor. Extension of upper floor to create extra bedroom and en-suite. New porch to be added to the front of the property at Bendegedig, Village Road, Nannerch, Mold. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

COU/000120/25 & LBC/000121/25 – Planning & Listed Building Consent for change of use and conversion of existing empty premises into domestic dwelling (C3) at 10-12, Salisbury Street, Shotton, Deeside. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).
