NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLEUNDER- LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building
1.Change of use of first floor office to provide classroom space for existing educational provision (Class F1a) and associated works at Castle Hill School 2 Nantwich Road Audley Stoke-On-Trent Staffordshire ST7 8DH by Keys Education Ltd. File ref 25/00280/FUL (application site is within the Audley Conservation Area).

1.Application for approval of reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout, scale and access ) for plots D2 and D3 for building in Use Classes E(g)(ii), E(g)(iii); and/or B2 and/or B8 B8 pursuant to outline element 19/00846/OUT of hybrid planning application 21/00595/FUL at Plots D2 And D3 Chatterley Park Peacock Hay Road Talke Stoke-on-trent by Harworth Estates Investments Ltd. File ref 25/00316/ REM (Development may affect a public right of way).
2.Application for approval of reserved matters ( access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for Plot C, for two buildings (units C1 and C2) in Use Classes E(g)(ii), E(g)(iii); and/or B2 and/or B8 pursuant to outline element 19/00846/ OUT of hybrid planning application 21/000595/FUL at Plot C Chatterley Park Peacock Hay Road Talke Stoke-on-trent Staffordshire by Harworth Estates Investments Limited. File ref 25/00317/REM.
During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, or the Customer Services Centre in Kidsgrove Town Hall Liverpool Road Kidsgrove between the hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents. Alternatively the applications may be viewed on line at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
