c) Erection of a single storey extension to rear at 5 Willow Grove Beverley HU 17 8DS (Ref: 25/00846/PLF)

e) Damp proofing works to ground floor including removal of internal wall finish throughout to a height of 1200mm, installation of new damp proof membrane and screed over existing slab, new three coat lime plaster finish to disturbed walls, installation of new kitchen and fittings, new meter cupboard, installation of new bathroom at first floor, alterations to mechanical and electrical services for the above including new extraction fans through external rear facade at ground and first floor at 16 Highgate Beverley HU 17 ODN (Ref: 25/0 I 067/PLB)
f) Erection of two storey extension to side at 48 Main Street Elton HU 17 7PQ (Ref: 25/00993/PLF)
g) Construction of means of access and erection of double gates and fencing following part removal of existing wall and re-location of existing street light at Land South of 15 Minster Moorgate Beverley HU 17 8HP (Ref: 25/00750/PLF)
Proposals (a,b,c,d,e,g) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (b,c,d,e) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (f) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (c,d,e) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
