I give notice that Coldthorn Ltd, c/o Parker Dann  is applying to Wealden District Council for reserved matters (access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to outline permission WD/2020/1504/MAO (outline application for the subdivision of the existing dwelling into 2 no. separate residential units and erection of up to 30 no. dwellings, access and other associated infrastructure, including off-site highway works).The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
