NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications have been made to Trafford Council.
Copies of the application form and plans for the following may be inspected via the Council’s website.
Any representations in respect of the proposals should be made in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made, and sent to the undersigned by 29th May 2025.

Planning (Listed Buildings And Conservation Areas) Act 1990
For Listed Building Consent for Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for variation of condition 2 on planning permission 114248/LBC/24 (Listed Building Consent for alterations to elevations including existing sheet metal replaced with new glazing and glazing in the upper part of the windows to be replaced with louvres to accommodate ventilation extracts on the rear elevation and installation of a CU1 condenser and pipework on rear flat roof, 2 no. non-illuminated fascia lettering signs and 2 no. nonilluminated projecting signs.).
For alterations to the proposed style of louvre utilised and installation of an additional louvre to one of the window frames.
