1. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Formation of composite decking area with built in loungers and jetty with timber supports, two hot tubs (one with gazebo) and a sauna building on jetty, associated railings around the jetty, a flat roof plant room building, and construction of brick walkways, e-buggy store and new refuse and recycling enclosure. 2. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Demolish existing side (north-east)
extension & replace with two-storey side extension with adjoining single-

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2 & 3 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 3 above.
