The following applications would, in the opinion of the local planning authority, affect the character or setting of a listed building or the character or appearance of a conservation area:
Madron - Bellair House Bellair Road Madron Cornwall TR20 8SP - Listed Building Consent for replacement veranda canopy to be constructed in the position of the previous timber canopy current approval lapsed May 2024 - Dr CJ Catto - PA25/02709
St. Ives - Landfall 13 Island Road St Ives Cornwall TR26 1NT - Proposed raised roof to create a second floor with a dormer window to the front and a recessed balcony to the rear along with internal alterations. - Mr Robert Vivian - PA25/02646
Inspection and commenting on planning applications
It should be noted that the above list does not include applications for all forms of development. Members of the public can view and make comments within 21 days of this notice or within 30 days if accompanied by an EIA quoting the relevant application number given above on all the applications received by the Council via the website at https://planning.cornwall.gov.uk/online-applications.
Only those comments relevant to material planning considerations will be taken into account as part of an application’s determination. Any representations received will be open to public inspection.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) any comments submitted on a planning application will be subject to acceptance of the Privacy Notice for representations (D) on the Council’s website http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/planningprivacy.
The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that such correspondence must be made available for inspection either by Councillors or members of the public (which may include the Press). In the event of an appeal against the decision, any representations made in connection with the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and the appellant.
