I give notice that Mr David Matthews is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:–
Application Number: 25/0871/COU
Change of use of agricultural land to residential (Use Class C3) to allow for extended curtilages at adjacent development site.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
