Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure,Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2025/0291: 43, Tifters, The Street, Charlwood, Horley, Surrey, RH6 0BY, Variation of condition 1 and 2 of approved planning permission MO/2014/1184/PLA and MO/2014/1185/LBC for the conversion, alterations and extension of existing barn into a dwelling to allow the addition of windows and changing window to a bi-folding doors.
MO/2025/0567 & MO/2025/0664, Brockham Court Farm, Brockham Green, Brockham, Betchworth, Surrey, RH3 7JS, Erection of single-storey rear extension, enlargement of basement, conversion of garage into a playroom. (Listed Building)
