I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
5 Seafield View Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 25/00536/FULH
Mr & Mrs Jenkins is applying for planning permission for First floor side extension above existing garage. Loft conversion with dormer to rear, 1no. rooflight to side and 2no. rooflights to front.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

Land To West of Benton Lane Including Church Of St Peter & St Paul Site Longbenton – APPLICATION NO: 25/00503/FULM
North Tyneside Council is applying for planning permission for The construction of 36 no. residential dwellings consisting of apartments, bungalows and houses for social housing.
The application is being advertised as it involves major development & it does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area to which the land to which the application relates is situated.
The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning web site at www.northtyneside.gov.uk or at our Quadrant West Offices between 0830-1300 Mon & Fri and 1300-1700 Wed. If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.
