NOTICE OF DISPOSAL 

DISPOSAL OF LAND TO THE NORTH OF THORN HILL, NORTHAMPTON

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980) that West Northamptonshire Council intends pursuant to S123 of the Local Government Act to dispose of land described in the Schedule to this Notice to Cadent Gas Limited.

2. Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Director of Governance (Ref: FS/32581), West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, 4 Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.

3. A plan showing the location of the land it is intended to dispose of may be inspected free of charge at the One Stop Shop, The Guildhall, St Giles Square, Northampton, NN1 1DE from 08:30am to 5:00pm

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Wednesdays.

An easement for an underground gas pipeline at land to the north of Thorn Hill, Northampton.
