ZE25/00416/MOUT Land off, Whitby Road, Pickering – Erection of up to 150 no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3) including open space, drainage attenuation and access to the public highway. All matters reserved except for access for Jones Homes (Yorkshire) Ltd. The application can be viewed online. Any comments must be submitted by 28 May 2025.
