PROPOSAL:

ERECTION OF 1 RETAIL UNIT (AMENDMENT TO UNIT 10 AND GARDEN CENTRE AS APPROVED UNDER APPLICATION LA08/2024/0354/F TO INCREASE THE SIZE OF UNIT 10 (FROM 1026 SQ M TO 2052 SQ M) AND REDUCE THE SIZE OF ASSOCIATED GARDEN CENTRE (FROM 760 SQ M TO 650 SQ M).

NEW RETAIL UNIT TO BE USED FOR MIXED CONVENIENCE AND COMPARISON FLOORSPACE. AMENDMENTS TO RETAIL CAR PARK AREA AND REDUCTION IN GAME OF THRONES CAR PARKING.

LOCATION OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT:

LANDS LOCATED AT BRIDGEWATER PARK, BANBRIDGE BT32 4LF (ADJACENT TO UNITS 2/3 (HOME BARGAINS), UNIT 4 (EAZY LIVING), UNIT 5/6 (M&S) AND INCLUDING ADJACENT CAR PARKING AND GAME OF THRONES CAR PARK.

A public consultation is being undertaken into the above proposed development.



An in-person drop-in event will be held at Downshire Arms Hotel, 95 Newry Street, Banbridge, BT32 3EF on Thursday 22nd May 2025 between 2 pm and 6 pm to allow

interested parties to view the proposals and provide feedback. Members of the consultation team will attend the event to answer any questions that members of the public have and to collect feedback on the proposal.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representation regarding the proposal at

that time.
