NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION IN RELATION TO A PLANNING APPEAL WHICH WAS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED))

Mick George Ltd and JD Spokes Will Trust (the appellant) would like to provide notice that further information has been provided relating to the pending appeal for the proposed development which consists of extraction of sand and gravel with the deposition of suitable inert material for agricultural and habitat restoration at Land Off M1-A45 Roundabout J16, Upper Heyford (grid ref 467106, 259429).

Documents are open to inspection by the public and can be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours by prior appointment at West Northamptonshire Council, The Forum, Moat Lane, Towcester NN12 6AD until Tuesday 10th June 2025.

Copies of the original Environmental Statement may be obtained on written request from Mick George Ltd, Ermine Business Park, 6 Lancaster Way, Huntingdon, PE29 6XU, while stocks last, at a cost of £100 per hard copy inc postage. The further information can be provided at £10 per copy plus £10 postage. Downloadable electronic copy of the Non-Technical Statement is available free of charge.
