The following will be determined under all/part of the above
25/00234/VAR - Land North Of Burdon Lane Burdon Sunderland. Barratt David Wilson Homes North East is applying to the Local Planning Authority for a subsequent planning permission for: Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of previously approved planning application 24/00880/VAR (relating to previous planning permissions Ref: 23/00663/VA4 and 22/00853/VA4, and original hybrid planning permission Ref: 19/01497/HY4 for full planning permission for 532 residential dwellings, and outline planning permission for 358 residential dwellings and a neighbourhood centre) to allow for a change to the proposed layout for phase 2 and a reduction in the number of units from 90 to 73 and the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
This also relates to a proposal which affects the setting of various listed buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
