PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Change of use of ground floor from vacant retail
unit (Class E) to additional living accommodation in
connection with existing upper floor dwelling (Class
C3), with associated internal and external alterations
including: installation of replacement ground floor
door and window with wooden façade to front,
installation of replacement downpipe and hopper at
front, installation of feature exterior lamp to front,
installation of ground floor door to rear, removal of
render, re-pointing with lime mortar and application
of lime wash to rear, erection of a fence to rear and
laying of geo-fabric, pebbles and pavers over existing
flag stones at rear at 38 High Street Bridlington

b) Listed Building Consent for internal and external
alterations including: installation of replacement
ground floor door and window with wooden façade
to front, installation of replacement downpipe and
hopper at front, installation of feature exterior lamp
to front, installation of ground floor door to rear,

application of lime wash to rear, erection of a fence
to rear, laying of geo-fabric, pebbles and pavers over
existing flag stones at rear, replacement of broken
and missing roof tiles and renovation of existing

c) Removal of Condition 8 (provision of footway,
drop crossing facilities and reinstatement of all
redundant vehicular access points) and Variation of
Condition 2 (approved plans), Condition 14 (wildlife
enhancement plan (WEP), Condition 18 (noise impact
assessment) and 31 (acoustic barrier/fence/bund) of
planning permission 23/01571/STPLF (erection of 83
dwellings and associated internal roads, drainage and
landscaping) to allow amendments to the conditions
imposed at Site of Peter Haddock Limited Pinfold

d) Erection of single storey extensions to front, side
and rear following demolition of existing porch to
front at 14 Belvedere Parade Bridlington YO15 3LX
(Ref: 25/01042/PLF)

designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b) are Listed Buildings scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b) affect the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) is a major development.
