Land at Former Lennox Castle Hospital - Pre-Application Consultation
What is planned?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.
Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) – Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Residential development with access, car parking, landscaping and other associated works at Land at Former Lennox Castle Hospital, Lennoxtown, Glasgow, G66 7BD.
An in-person event will take place on Thursday 15th May 2025 between 3pm and 7pm at the Glazert Country House Hotel, 25 Milton Rd, Lennoxtown, G66 7DJ.
During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

The consultation boards and feedback form will be made available to view ahead of the first consultation event. A second consultation event will be held in June 2025, details of this will be published in advance of the event.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to East Dunbartonshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to East Dunbartonshire Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
